- Pawn only at a pawnshop on the BSP list: the law requires registration before it makes its first loan (Presidential Decree No. 114, Sec. 6). Keep the signed pawn ticket. The pawnshop must give you one for every loan (Presidential Decree No. 114, Sec. 12). Missed the due date?
