If you cannot pay Vidalia on time

On Vidalia loans above ₱10,000 or longer than four months, the penalty is whatever your contract and Disclosure Statement say; the SEC's 5% a month cap covers only smaller, shorter loans. Vidalia Lending Corp's collectors, and any agency it hires, may not post your details, threaten you, call before 6 a.m. or after 10 p.m., or message anyone in your contacts except the guarantors you named (SEC MC No. 18 s.2019).

If that fails, report Vidalia Lending Corp to the SEC on hotline 14732 or the iMessage portal, and report messages to your contacts to the National Privacy Commission at complaints@privacy.gov.ph. All eight prohibited collection practices.

This page covers Vidalia's published terms and SEC record, not the offer in your own loan agreement. For a dispute over a specific loan, contact Vidalia first, then the SEC (hotline 14732); for a legal claim, a lawyer.
