If you cannot pay Nfinit on time

On Nfinit loans above ₱10,000 or longer than four months, the penalty is whatever your contract and Disclosure Statement say; the SEC's 5% a month cap covers only smaller, shorter loans. Nfinit Lending Corporation's collectors, and any agency it hires, may not post your details, threaten you, call before 6 a.m. or after 10 p.m., or message anyone in your contacts except the guarantors you named (SEC MC No. 18 s.2019).

If that fails, report Nfinit Lending Corporation to the SEC on hotline 14732 or the iMessage portal, and report messages to your contacts to the National Privacy Commission at complaints@privacy.gov.ph. All eight prohibited collection practices.

This page covers Nfinit's published terms and SEC record, not the offer in your own loan agreement. For a dispute over a specific loan, contact Nfinit first, then the SEC (hotline 14732); for a legal claim, a lawyer.
