You've hired your first few people and payroll now eats your weekends

We run payroll for small employers: each cut-off's pay, the SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG shares, the withholding tax on compensation, and the year-end 13th month and annualization. You get a reply within 48 hours of your enquiry with a quote or the questions we need to give one.

Is this you?

  • You compute pay on a spreadsheet every cut-off and the government shares change whenever a salary does.
  • You're not sure the SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG amounts you've been paying are right.
  • December is coming with 13th month pay, year-end tax adjustment and Forms 2316 all at once.

What handing over payroll involves

The steps marked We handle this are the work you hand to us.

  1. Tell us about your team

    You

Send a short enquiry: how many employees, how often you pay, and whether you're registered as an employer with the SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and the BIR. No employee details yet.

  2. We reply with a quote or a few questions

    We handle this

Within 48 hours you get a quote, or the questions we need answered to give one. The quote lists what's included and the records we'll ask for.

  3. Set up each employee once

    Together

Salary, pay schedule, allowances and government numbers go into the payroll file through the secure channel we agree with you.

  4. Pay and deductions every cut-off

    We handle this

We compute gross pay, the employee and employer shares for SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG, and the tax withheld on compensation, then send you the payroll register and payslips to approve.

  5. You approve and pay

    You

Salaries and remittances go out from your accounts. Nothing is paid or filed without your go-signal.

  6. Year-end

    We handle this

We compute 13th month pay, at least one-twelfth of the basic salary earned in the year and due by December 24, and the year-end tax annualization for each employee.

Questions

How much does payroll cost?

We quote each enquiry instead of publishing one price. What affects the quote: how many employees, how often you pay, allowances and overtime, and whether past months need fixing. You get the quote, or the questions needed for it, within 48 hours.

What does an employee really cost me each month?

On top of salary, you pay the employer shares: 10% of the SSS monthly salary credit plus the EC contribution, half of the 5% PhilHealth premium, and 2% for Pag-IBIG up to a ₱10,000 fund salary. Add one-twelfth of salary a month for 13th month pay. Our employer cost calculator works it out for any salary.

Who pays which share?

SSS is 15% of the monthly salary credit: 10% from the employer and 5% from the employee. PhilHealth's 5% premium is split equally. Pag-IBIG is 2% from the employer and 1% or 2% from the employee. The employee's shares and withholding tax are deducted from their pay.

I only have one or two employees. Is it worth it?

Often it isn't, and our SSS table, 13th month and salary tax calculators cover what you need. Help makes sense when the team grows, pay varies each cut-off, or year-end is close and the numbers need checking.

Can you fix months where I paid the wrong amounts?

Yes. Tell us how many months and which agencies when you enquire. We work out the differences from your payroll records first, and the quote covers the catch-up.

Who does the work?

Our team or one partner firm we work with that runs payroll for small businesses. Our first reply tells you who, and nothing is paid or filed without your go-signal.
