On ₱5,000 for 120 days, SAVii's published terms come to at most ₱1,545 in interest and fees (₱945 at its lowest published rate): interest of 3.5% a month and an all-in cost of 14% a month, higher because its processing fee and bank fee comes off the cash, so you get ₱4,155 but repay on ₱5,000, and you repay in instalments but pay interest on the original amount the whole time. SAVii on Google Play, updated Jul 31, 2026

Working: 3.5% a month × 120/30 × ₱5,000 = ₱700 interest; processing fee ₱750 = ₱750; bank fee ₱95 = ₱95. The all-in rate is the monthly rate at which 4 payments of ₱1,425 repay the ₱4,155 you receive (SEC MC No. 14 s.2025 Sec. 2(d)).

Above the SEC caps for this loan: interest 3.5% a month against the 6% cap; all-in 14% a month against the 12% cap (above it) (SEC MC No. 14 s.2025, effective Apr 1, 2026). SEC MC No. 14 s.2025

If you cannot pay SAVii on time

If that fails, report New Cross Credit and Financing Gate PH, Inc to the SEC on hotline 14732 or the iMessage portal, and report messages to your contacts to the National Privacy Commission at complaints@privacy.gov.ph. All eight prohibited collection practices.
