Working: 24% a year × 120/360 days × ₱5,000 = ₱400 interest; service fee 10% × ₱5,000 = ₱500. The all-in rate is the monthly rate at which 4 payments of ₱1,475 repay the ₱5,000 you receive (SEC MC No. 14 s.2025 Sec. 2(d)).
