If you cannot pay MabilisCash on time
If all ₱7,153 of a ₱5,000, 120-day MabilisCash loan fell due unpaid, the penalty could be at most ₱358 a month, and interest, fees and penalties together could never pass ₱5,000. Mabilis Cash Financing Corp's collectors, and any agency it hires, may not post your details, threaten you, call before 6 a.m. or after 10 p.m., or message anyone in your contacts except the guarantors you named (SEC MC No. 18 s.2019).
Complain to MabilisCash first at service_ph@mabiliscash.ph or +639190562888. If that fails, report Mabilis Cash Financing Corp to the SEC on hotline 14732 or the iMessage portal, and report messages to your contacts to the National Privacy Commission at complaints@privacy.gov.ph.
