If you cannot pay etomo on time
If all ₱6,062 of a ₱5,000, 120-day etomo loan fell due unpaid, the penalty could be at most ₱303 a month, and interest, fees and penalties together could never pass ₱5,000. Etomo Financing Corp's collectors, and any agency it hires, may not post your details, threaten you, call before 6 a.m. or after 10 p.m., or message anyone in your contacts except the guarantors you named (SEC MC No. 18 s.2019).
Complain to etomo first at contact@etomo.ph or 0917 877 5363 (Globe). If that fails, report Etomo Financing Corp to the SEC on hotline 14732 or the iMessage portal, and report messages to your contacts to the National Privacy Commission at complaints@privacy.gov.ph.
