On ₱5,000 for 120 days, Cashini's published terms come to at most ₱2,400 in interest and fees (₱1,000 at its lowest published rate): Cashini states a combined interest-and-fees rate of 12% a month, which works out to an all-in cost of 17.8% a month on the cash you receive because you repay in instalments but pay interest on the original amount the whole time. Cashini states a monthly EIR of 12%, counting its charges against the original amount; SEC MC No. 14 s.2025 Sec. 2(d) defines EIR as the rate that discounts the payments to the net proceeds, which over 4 payments gives 17.8%. Cashini on Google Play, updated Sep 9, 2026

Working: 144% a year × 120/360 days × ₱5,000 = ₱2,400 (interest and fees). The all-in rate is the monthly rate at which 4 payments of ₱1,850 repay the ₱5,000 you receive (SEC MC No. 14 s.2025 Sec. 2(d)).

Above the SEC caps for this loan: no separate interest rate to test against the 6% cap; all-in 17.8% a month against the 12% cap (above it) (SEC MC No. 14 s.2025, effective Apr 1, 2026). SEC MC No. 14 s.2025
