If you cannot pay Akulaku on time

If all ₱5,493 of a ₱5,000, 120-day Akulaku loan fell due unpaid, the penalty could be at most ₱275 a month, and interest, fees and penalties together could never pass ₱5,000. Streetcorner Lending Corp's collectors, and any agency it hires, may not post your details, threaten you, call before 6 a.m. or after 10 p.m., or message anyone in your contacts except the guarantors you named (SEC MC No. 18 s.2019).

If that fails, report Streetcorner Lending Corp to the SEC on hotline 14732 or the iMessage portal, and report messages to your contacts to the National Privacy Commission at complaints@privacy.gov.ph.
